Ying Ming Yunnan is a high-grown black tea from Yunnan, produced during the early spring harvest when cool, misty conditions favour slow leaf development and refined flavour.
Carefully made in the traditional Dian Hong style, this tea offers a rounded, full-bodied cup without the heaviness or bitterness often associated with stronger black teas. The early season picking - limited to March and April - brings clarity and balance, with a natural sweetness and a smooth, clean finish.
Comforting yet precise, it’s a versatile tea suited to both quiet morning drinking and all-day enjoyment.
