Dragon Breakfast is a modern take on the classic China-style breakfast tea, built from two of the country’s most respected black teas: high-grown teas from Yunnan and the famed Keemun.
Yunnan brings body and warmth - soft malt, gentle sweetness, and a rounded mouthfeel. Keemun adds structure and aromatic lift, known for its refined, lightly floral character and clean finish. Together, they create a balanced cup that is both substantial and elegant.
Unlike heavier breakfast blends, Dragon Breakfast avoids harshness and excessive tannin. The result is a tea that works beautifully on its own, yet remains robust enough for milk if preferred.

Traditional English breakfast teas once relied more heavily on Chinese black teas before shifting toward stronger Assam profiles. Dragon Breakfast revisits that earlier style - prioritising balance, clarity, and drinkability over sheer intensity.
Brewing Guide
- Tea: 2–3g per 250ml
- Water: 95–100°C
- Time: 3–4 minutes
